Co workers are great, Parent company Lithia Auto Group is well run and structured. There is some room for advancement, good group to learn the business. Has a good underlying culture and respect for customers and employees.
Cons
Poor Management, high employee turnover, there is room for advancement but dch promotes the absolute least qualified candidate for positions like gsm, gm, etc. Employees who complain, threaten, have little skill, and are absolutely detrimental to the company's success are promoted while hard-working and talented people have to pick up the slack. People who are talented and genuinely care get burned out quickly having to cover for the employees who dont. Hours are insane, especially towards the end of the month, 13 hour days are not uncommon, managers are poor motivators and not trained well. They micro manage and show no real-world training. If you want to work here, just be ready to quit once the ether wears off.
