Pros
The culture and people were usually great, and had fun together. Pay and benefits were comfortable.
Cons
Great compensation and benefits, but job security is severely lacking. There is not much guidance, support, or training until you are struggling and need help, and then you are blamed for it. Work days were filled with back-to-back meetings from morning to evening, and you didn't have time to get your work done. The culture and people were usually great, and had fun together. However, the stress was high and there was lots of uncertainty and indecisiveness among projects. There is also a lot of ego, and some behaviour that caused a couple colleagues to cry. I believe that I learned a lot from working at this studio, and the main thing I learned is that perception is not reality.
