Pros
There are some really great leaders and employees that have been there for a long time.
Cons
Upper management has changed and it has become a stock performance driven company. Used to be very customer focused and employees were a family. Now it's threats and favorites. They have zero loyalty to their employees anymore, regardless of how long you've been there. I never saw myself leaving until about 6 months ago.
