      It's a big company so there's a lot of opportunities and a big platform for you to earn it. Great health examination per year

      Cons

      The direction of department changes fast. Being a normal engineer doesn't have the power to change that.

      Very friendly environment. People are willing to help and teach you if you do not know or understand. Great learning environment.

      Cons

      Primary language here is Mandarin. Even though most people can speak English, most here prefer Mandarin rather than English.
