Decent pay compared to others job offerings, good benefits, friendly environment

Stressful work, strictly metric based, overwhelming workload sometimes, its a true call center where you get constant calls and may sometimes not have a break between calls, constantly being harassed by customers who then leave a poor review and management does not take into consideration the situation, "low cost provider" and it shows
