Constant warehouse issues, workload on team is unorganized and frantic, focus is more on the bottom line than people. Senior leadership is so disconnected from reality and opposed to making meaningful changes.

We take this feedback to heart and are committed to offering plenty of resources to employees to help them improve their skills and overall efficiency of our organization. We have lots of resources internally available on our intranet, and are also working on new development plans and training resources across the organization.
Managers think they are above everyone even when they have as much potential as a goldfish in life. We are pushed to get customers to sign up for a store credit card which is one of the worst credit cards I’ve seen. Your worth at this company is dependent on how many credit cards you can get which is so dehumanizing. Horrible culture and company to work for.
