Coworkers, excellent starting pay for a first job. Outstanding healthcare and benefits package. Excellent management and overall location. Excellent discounts for hotel amenities.
Cons
None that I can think of! The only problem I've had so far is the fact that our hotel is going under renovations and not all of the guests are happy with that (which is completely understandable).
