      Pros

      Customers are fun to interact with, coworkers are awesome as well if you are in the right store. Lots of community

      Cons

      No support from upper management, I asked for training for myself and my associates for an entire year and didn’t receive ANY. Hours are incredibly limited so unless you are the store manager you probably won’t be working many hours. Upper management does not do anything to help you despite saying that they do.

      I loved my co workers, my GM was such an incredible girl for fixing everything wrong with the place before she started. She always keeps in contact and always makes the effort to lead and help us when needed

      Unstressful by retail standards, with mostly flexible and understanding managers.

      Cons

      District manager quality was poor. Poor hours. Opportunities for growth are not based on existing experience.
