Pros
- Traveling benefits when it comes first come first served instead of going by seniority. - Flexibility in your work schedule. - Stepping stone to gain experience to move up to a better airline.
Cons
- Do not follow their own core values. - Hostile environment to work in where you can only do wrong and no right, - The worst paying Airline in the U.S but can offer to buy Spirit for almost $1 Billion over the market value but cannot give employees and adequate annual raise (only 25¢). - It would take you 3-4 years to make what you'd be starting at several other competitors. - Not a lot of opportunities to advance your career within the company. - There's no profit sharing as well, no incentives, no bonuses.
