Pros
- Friendly environment - Organized store and manager - Relatively high pay - Great break times
Cons
- Can be pretty inflexible, will give you your suggested hours sometimes but almost always asks you to pick up extra shifts and cover for others. ( I constantly had to repeat why I needed 12 hours) - Manager could be pretty rude when misunderstood - Very sales focused, if you are not a salesperson this isn’t the job for you. Constantly have to focus on selling to the customers to make the store goal.
