Phone interview was ok. The questions were about recent experience, fashion knowledge and availability. It felt like they were read off of a paper with little to no interest or engagement in my answers unfortunately but the woman was nice.

It was quick and easy. Had two interviews before getting the job offer. They got both interviews in right away. I was able to ask them questions too and it felt more like a conversation.

Had a conversation with District Manager before actual interview. This conversation was informal but genuine, I knew she was getting to know me. After that had one more interview with her and another district manager.

You are given three occasions and you have to pick out an outfit for each one. After you are asked questions about fashion, customer service, and team work. Then you are asked about availability and why you want to work there

At the time I was there you had to complete a personality profile and score in a specific range to get an interview. Interview was somewhat long but thorough. Manager took the time to see your personality.

Very easy interview, questions were easy . Be yourself. Don’t get to personal. Mention your skills that you have and any relevant experience in that career field. Dress professional. Make sure you use good eye contact and good body language.
