Pros
Good benefits, nice coworkers. Company has excellent values. MyEducation provides education in multiple areas which keep the staff up to date in the areas of nursing.
Cons
Uniforms and conformity of personnel to fit into a mold.. Some of the managers look at those under them in a cookie cutter pattern, where everyone is the same. They do show regard to cultural difference. They cannot seem to comprehend that just because people are Caucasian, that it does not mean they have the same culture. Cultures include age and regional differences as well.
