      Pros

      Offers permanent work from home as per company policy but actual situation depends on client and management. Offers good Salary structure compared to other MNCs. If you're lucky you might get a good project, work life balance totally depends on that. Cab facility is really good.

      Cons

      No salary hike as far as I've experienced but they give you good salary when you join. Middle management is mostly incompetent.
