Pros
1. Its like a government office.Hardly anybody cares when You come and when u go..... 2. People are nice who work with in Mphasis. 3. Some of the leads are nice and helpful.
Cons
1. Less salary.... 2. No appraisals till 2011 even if u have a vertical or lateral movement.... 3. No guarantee that the processes will be there in Mphasis in future... 4. No perks or incentives.... 5. No appreciations for the work YOU do.... 6. People are stuck in same designation for years even if they are worth moving to IT sector.... 7. No motivation to work from either the T L or the A M to perform.... 8. The Phrase EMPLOYEE RETENSION does not exist in MPHASIS.So H R is useless..... 9. Employess are made to do OT for free..... 9. Can you beleive, The Quality people are also on calls. They have come for one job and they are doing two.....BTW the QUALITY does not have Quality at alll.....Whtever that means... 10. It was heaven on earth when it was E D S, n since its turned H P, the company has begun to suck!!!!!
