Interesting projects, challenging environment. It's always possible to improve processes Not much dead wood - people are sharp Clear procedures to follow to get things done Kids at work day is GREAT! Nice facilities Free on-campus fitness center - great yoga classes

It takes a lot of effort to get buy-in for non-standard process Management doesn't promote from within Lots of competition for promotion because everyone is well-qualified Too much process Cumbersome to get things done with their structure Contractors are given limited privileges
