      * Flexibility * Opportunities to work in different areas * Experience of a big company without working for a big company

      Cons

      * Even for the small size, the politics sometimes feels overwhelming * It is appalling to see people pushing their own agenda rather than what is best for the company. But I guess we will find people like this everywhere.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
