Great benefits, flex time offered, variety of schedules (some with shift differentials up to 15%), great people to work with, improved customer service over last 9 years.
Cons
Constant change, most without input from employees, awards are peer based instead of performance based. So, if you do not know someone kind enough to nominate you, you will not be recognized for going above and beyond.
