Pros
Company culture based on innovation, employee empowerment and reward. Employee satisfaction is the driver of the company growth. Decision making starts from the mid-level management, employee opinion count on every step. Met and worked with some great people.
Cons
Company was bought by SAP so it will be interesting to see whether the culture of a small growing company will sustain and how German and American style of running the business with go together.
