1. Work-life balance is more about life 2. You can easily get a company car 3. Get-in salary is good 4. 'Focus-Friday' 5. The office is very comfortable I suggest you join this company when you want to have a lot of free time for any personal reason, and when (IMPORTANT) you can totally ignore the toxic environment with its brown-nose members.
Cons
It has already been mentioned here, that they hire over-educated, or over-experienced people, BUT they also hire total beginners into positions that would require some basic competence in certain fields. It leads to toxic environment, with people having a lot of free time keeping it ongoing.
