      Pros

      If you ask for a day off within two weeks 9/10 you'll get the day off. The crew at SmashBurger all work hard and put in equal efforts on the job

      Cons

      When scheduled for a double shift the breaks can range from 1-2 hours unpaid. Cleaning the entire restaurant is apart of your duties there is no cleaning contract with this company.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
