Pros

Antes da venda para BR Supply o clima era ótimo. A empresa realmente se importava com o bem estar do funcionário. O relacionamento com os gestores era algo muito positivo. Com isso, qualquer mudança de estratégia da empresa era repassado aos funcionários. Dessa forma, quase todos os funcionários eram engajados.

Cons

Desde fevereiro de 2018 a empresa vem caminhando para se transformar em um ambiente corporativo familiar. Onde a possibilidade de crescimento e reconhecimento são praticamentos nulos. A atual gestão é totalmente amadora e com isso tomam atitudes sem estrategia. Impactando diretamente os clientes e funcionários.
