It`s a growing brand and company. Focused on growth and building sales and stores, Subway is a very well run and organized business. Treats the staff and franchisees very well. CEO is very present and a positive person.

Hours can be long, evening and weekends work it required. You must be willing to work hard and spend time on growing your business. Also can be a very physical job as you are on your feet all day and have to work quickly.
