Pros
When I worked for the original owner I had a great experience, however when he sold the store to a company that owned several Subways in the MA, NY and VT area it was completely different. Initially we were paid well, everyone worked hard and employee morale was high. After the other company took over they began to hire people who didn't show up for shifts and didn't do their job when they did. They actually refused to hire me back on school breaks, as they had promised since I worked there for over three years, because they didn't want to pay me $8.75 an hour. Overall it was an easy job to get me through high school but I don't think I'd go back. Especially if it was this unnamed company.
Cons
Starting wage at or near minimum wage, very little room for raises or advancement in the company.
