      Good compensation package with bonus structure in place Great benefits like PTO, health insurance plans offered Fast paced environment

      Cons

      New IT location does not make it easy on the employees, no pubic transportation or places to walk to. Very disconnected from the headquarter, where a lot of the business sits. A lot of redundant meetings without specific outcome
