Cons
Everything is bad about that place it is for people that have no idea how the pest control industry works. They mold you into the slave they want you to be. Long hours, sorry pay, you never know when you will go home if you have 12 jobs and get done early they will add more and work your behind until sunset. All they preach in the meetings is work work work and make more money for them while taking money from your pockets for every cancellation. By the time it is pay day you end up with base salary. Some people been making $1800 a month since they started about 25 years ago and have to bust their behind to make commission which is affected by your cancellations they are a billion dollar company that doesn't care about their employees. Even when you are done with the route you still have to go home and make phone calls so you are never really done with work. And every week you must try to collect payments from a long list of people that owe and if you don't collect from them it counts as a cancellation then you can kiss your commission goodbye. DO NOT WORK THERE! The only reason why they are still in business is because they buy out other pest control companies and take money from them while giving them the sorriest service. They don't even give you the right amount of chemicals to do your job and you have to use the minimum amount to get thru the 2 weeks which results in poor customer service and tons of call backs that you have to schedule yourself. And last when it's time to get a check they mess it up every time and you can't even contact hr because nobody knows who hr is everything is done by passing it on from one person to another until it gets to whoever decides to get it right.
