      Cons

      Very low salaries, little opportunity for progression, no recognition for extra effort in completing projects on time, HR is very evasive, a player who's been in the company for many years with dubious practices.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
