      - A large impact in most of the projects. - Many open source projects. - A lot of in-house software that can teach you a lot if you are part of the team building them.

      Cons

      - Some managers focus on having good looking metrics and forget about their team's motivation/well-being. - The career path is not spoken frequently enough. - Salaries outside North America are below other offers. - Not easy to change team if the one you are part of is not challenging.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
