Pros
This is a large data warehouse project for a government agency. The work in interesting and challenging. Unisys values the client relationship and values its employees. The pay is fair. They attempt to have regular work hours and if overtime is asked for, they acknowledge that this is over and above.
Cons
The project is very chaotic. Deliverables are vague and not communicated to the team. Actually, nothing is communicated to the team. Key roles have individuals not competent to do the job, which hurts the entire team. 80% of the team is Indian, which divides the team, leads to communication gaps and lack of inclusiveness.
