I have been working here for over 5 years, advancement opportunities are minimal at best. There is a severe lack of communication to employees, low work moral and management that couldn't care less about the employees underneath them. You are putting your job on the line of you speak up about issues and has come right out and said as much. No accountability for people not doing their jobs puts even more stress and effort on the backs of those who do, while rewarding slackers with praise and advancement. It does not pay to perform or do a good job at this company.
