Pros
You get a paycheck. Can't think of anything else right now.
Cons
Constant state of instability. Constant restructuring. Leadership puts the fear into you. If you don't comply blindly, you're out. You can't trust leadership like that. Politics EVERYWHERE to the point where it hinders the ability to get your work done. You've got leadership from the "Mainframe days" trying to compete in a more technologically innovative arena, and they're fumbling the ball. Sales is completely in over their heads. They'll cut sales people left and right, but there is no support despite a full org chart of people on the operations side. Start on the other side of the fence and get rid of some of the dead weight in ops instead of cutting the people who bring in the business.
