Pros

Working here will give you experience to work elsewhere CEO is very energetic and optimistic

Cons

This rating is not biasesd nor unthought out, but rather based upon 5+ years experience with Unisys. *HR does not mitigate threats against employees *Unreasonable expectations... 4+ new client interactions via chat simultaneously and required to still take calls at the same time *Very much overworked and ubderpaid. Unless on an account as Level 2 support, you will be lucky to ever break $17.00 *Punished for doing A+ work *Advancement awarded by being first on the chopping block during a layoff. Level 1 support * Raises are contingent upon if you are making more than the new people. If you are... forget about it. *Only way you are excused for weather conditions is if you arrive before your manager. HR has on multiple occasionns indicated that the company is losing money on the IT Support department and justifies why raises are not given more often.

Pros

My boss was great. I was not there long but I felt really bad leaving because having a great boss is rare. I had great work-life balance. I liked what I did. I left because I was offered better salary and healthcare benefits (that I really needed at the time) somewhere else.

Cons

Cons will depend on the team and the team members. Mediocre benefits.

Pros

The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

Cons

Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
