Pros
Plenty of opportunity for career development. Most associates were great to work with.
Cons
Company has lost direction. Only hiring temporary or part-time help and not enough of it. Huge move away from excellent customer service caused by shortage of help. Hourly associate turnover is horrible. Lack of teamwork at management level (everyone out for themselves only). Everyone cheats the processes to meet operational metrics rather letting the programs run the way they are supposed to run.
