Investment Banking operation set up 3.5 years, there is no value of employees who help to set up the operation, if you need growth then need to do boot leaking of your manager to ladder your career growth, they think by paying high salary means they are doing favor to employees, its structural problem in the company which mgmt is not understanding at ground level, lot of favoritism, with internal politics to support good book employees, one side they talk about Investment Banking job other make you to do copy paste and logo pasting job, with vision of management They changed the policies every 3 month to be in there favour so that employees never get promotion Complete imbalance in hiring process
