Pros
Zones is a decent stepping stone into other areas of the industry. Promotion by attrition helps those that can stick out the ride.
Cons
Lots of reviews here site out of touch leadership, that is very accurate on the senior leadership side of things at least. People don't trust many of the company leaders and for good reasons. Business is slowing growing, but at great cost. Zones pays significantly less than market value and will lowball you. Nepotism runs rampant. 2018 saw much of Zones' best talent has been leaving in droves Benefits are there but pricey and don't cover much
