Pros

Great personalities in coworkers Huge networking opportunities Entertainment business has its perks Can make really good money with good flexibility if you have the right managers You work for your manager, not the company

Cons

Extremely low success rate for new AEs - 20% or less will make it 18 months Politics, smoke and mirrors surrounding who gets what accounts Serious limitations on upward mobility - turnover is just as high for managers as AEs Corporate takeover - advertising / media is a lifestyle occupation and corporate approach ruins it Management overall just doesn't have their suff together Trying to compete in digital and event media without the real tools and assets

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

Vast Resources available, biggest player in radio, multiple opportunities for growth, commissions and bonuses among the best out there

Cons

Very minimal base salary for sales positions, surprisingly low for national account executives. Moving goal posts all the time as well on performance and there's usually a sense of angst wondering if middle management positions will get eliminated at any time
