Pros

free snacks, casual environment, some good people, ability to work remotely sometimes, although they're taking that away, so actually there's not really that many pros.

Cons

Management is horrible. They micromanage but don't know exactly what they're doing or the products they're selling. Processes are absolutely unrealistic and the President of the Channels team is oblivious to how poorly his management team runs things. When you file a complaint with HR, they will try to manipulate the situation. There's no growth and no trust within the company. There's no work/life balance, and the benefits are horrible: 2 weeks of vacation, no 401K match, and health benefits are not the greatest.

Pros

Great people, talented, dedicated, smart and hard-working. Company's culture was at some point great, but then it declined sharply. Company offers some flexibility.

Cons

The benefits were ok up until a few years ago, when the company was acquired by another acquisition company. At that point, almost all the benefits disappeared completly (health insurance, 401(k), the little perks in the office). Career growth is non-existent.

Be prepared for the layoffs

Pros

Used to be a good company several years ago under a different leader (who got smart and left) but current leadership is ineffectual and still there. The company deals with poor revenues by laying off groups of employees and changes nothing else. This occurs at least once a year and, over the past year, a majority of senior management has resigned or been laid off.

Cons

Instability, lack of effective leadership, managers who are not engaged or not even present during the workweek, a CEO in Canada who "visits" once a year, doesn't interact with anyone but a few senior managers and is hardly recognized by a majority of employees.
