Cons
The expectation was that managers also sell and service their own accounts in addition to onboarding and training other sales associates from a cold calling list of potential candidates. We were expected to make 100+ cold calls per day to secure new sales associates in addition to training associates, running the numbers to for underwriting secure new customer deals, and create new customer accounts. It was a very intense environment.
Some of the people were very nice to work with. The office space was modern and comfortable. Company lunches were nice to have.
Cons
Egotistical CEO who micromanaged everyone and was prone to angry, off-topic rants. Endless meetings that would take up everyone's time. Goals and assignments were often unclear and would change by the hour.
