I worked at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The money is great and the other coworkers are amazing to work with. The animals are the best and I liked working with the different species.

    Cons

Too many hours and not enough money. The ratio of home life to work life is non existant and they work you to the bone. They expect you to be happy at a place that you cant move up in and when you try they deny you.

    Advice to Management

It may he a good Idea to focus more on the employees who work the hardest instead of trying to run them out because you wont give them raises for the work they do.

I worked at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than a year

      Pros

coworkers were nice and salary was appropriate.

      Cons

Management does not care about the safety of their employees. If a client wants a project complete, no matter how unrealistic or unsafe it is, the management will say yes then force the employees to follow through and get it done. If they voice their opinion on the unrealistic schedule or unsafe environment their job status is then threatened. Worst company I have ever worked for

      Advice to Management

Take the health and well being of your employee more seriously and maybe the turnover rate in the company wouldn't be so high. Stop putting them in harms way just so you can make more money. Put in the safe guards that are needed.

I have been working at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      Good benefits and starting salary

      Cons

People are extremely lazy, there is no accountability, no integrity and no training. There is no oversight that lay down the rules, everyone just does what they want and blame others when things go wrong and do not communicate properly. No one gets fired-They all just walk out and quit!

      Advice to Management

Train people and lay down some rules for employees to follow!

Surrounded by smart, dedicated, and hardworking individuals; steady stream of new projects; great learning opportunities

      Cons

Low Pay; some departments are understaffed and experience high turnover, causing a bottleneck in the workflow

      Advice to Management

Sometimes the workflow stalls due insufficient capacity for workload. Increase pay to decrease turnover.

I worked at Frontage Laboratories full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Possible to get a lot of experience because they make promises to clients while lacking the resources and staff to fully deliver.

      Cons

Management spends most of its time running around putting out fires. You'll be told to work on this project that is two weeks over-due, causing your other projects to become over-due. Management has no interest in resolving this issue. Huge turn-over rate, as people get enough experience to get a job elsewhere. People lasting 6 months was impressive. Pay is lackluster, specially for the hours expected. Favoritism...

      Advice to Management

Grow up, learn to plan ahead. Stop playing favorites and arguing among yourselves. Provide employees the support - time, resources, equipment, etc. - they need to do a good job. Stop refusing to pay for regular maintenance and then have to pay extra to get things up and running when you realize you just promised something to a client you cannot deliver.
