    I love my job, I am well taken care of. Insurance can be stressful. This job is very rewarding.

    Pros

    No quotas, decent pay for the work you do.

    Cons

    - Micromanagement in the worst way. Applying band-aids to make you look busy instead of actually solving problems. - No career path, just get comfortable with the job you're doing.

    Advice to Management

    It's very clear that position and status are valued to the point that team and customer needs aren't important.

    Flexible hours, free coffee, occasional popcorn.

    Cons

    No leadership, teamwork discouraged. Training minimal. Mistakes broadcast department wide. Favoritism. Very unprofessional attitude.

    It's a job. Just, over. Broke. - period!

    Cons

    Micro management but the manger of manager's over them. The manager of your team really does not like let alone what to help. Will give you false or simply incorrect information just to get the patient or provider off the line. I felt really bad for the customer's because they would literally call back in just to verify the information hoping to get someone else. Co worker fell as sleep for almost hour AT THEIR DESK,...

    Pros

    Decent benefits, PTO and starting salary. Room for growth within company. On site yoga and meditation classes. Holiday parties. Profit sharing.

    Cons

    Stressful work environment. Negative employees bring other coworkers down. Very little upfront training. At times workloads are impossible.

    Advice to Management

    Treat everyone with respect. Clearly define how employees can move upward. Delegate work so that employees aren't overwhelmed for months at a time.

    The company was just SOLD. Jobs, pay, benefits and everything about it's future is uncertain at this point. Not the best environment to come into right now. Company was not somewhere I would recommend even before it was sold. It's not a good work environment at all. Low pay, low raises, impossible workloads, management lacks vision and direction, poor management decisions negatively affect the staff. Really a miserable...

    Advice to Management

    Advice really doesn't matter at this point since the company was recently sold. Management will probably change to the new company's management staff. Hopefully, they are better than the current management team.

    They offer onsite yoga and meditation classes for employees. The option to work remotely from time-to-time. Sadly, this is all I can think of...

    Cons

    Lack of communication, zero direction... everyone is always too busy putting out fires to address any concerns you may have. Emails are never answered. You seem to never be a priority, until they need something from you urgently, then they expect you to jump hurdles. No cohesion. You definitely don't feel like part of a team. People spend way too much time on smoke breaks. Higher ups speak loudly and derivatively to employees/coworkers...

    Cons

    Management is poor. Training is poor. CEO is worthless. They only hire friends and wont hire qualified individuals from within. The environment is hostile. Apply at your own risk!
