Pros

The company culture is incredible! Doesn't feel like I'm going to work every day because I enjoy it so much. Co-workers and managers always make you feel welcome, prepared for each day, and give you tools to excel in your job.

Cons

The only downside is that I work remotely and I wish I was able to see my co-workers everyday! However, they do a great job keeping up face-to-face interaction by zoom and google meets so I never feel out of touch. Being able to connect with my co-workers and managers daily around the world is pretty great!

Pros

There is plenty to do in the company, always a new experience. You get to work with an international team with lots of backgrounds and skill levels. There is transparency into the leadership team and their methods, so you actually have a say in the company. Also, things just continue to grow. It feels like they are on the cusp of totally exploding in growth. There is autonomy in your job as well. It's basically whatever you make it.

Cons

There are growing pains. Some processes are still in development. However, there is always someone standing by to help out.

Pros

I was able to work from home

This company says they have all these core values but doesn't stand behind any of them they offered rewards to place good reviews for them. When hired in we was told this job was through 2025, then when we all started seeing the signs that they was about to loose the project they said they had never told us that time frame. They ensured everyone that our jobs were safe and that before closing the project they would offer other programs to go to and give everyone ample notice that it was closing then one week later they called in 160 employees to a zoom meeting where they terminated everyone of their positions with zero notice and had everyone muted to where they could not ask any questions or express any of their concerns we was all locked out of our systems to be able to go in to retrieve any of our documentation. We was informed that we would not be paid for our PTO time we had earned and I myself have not applied for unemployment yet but have been told that the ones who have are not able to get it because of the way helpware had us set up in the system.
