Pros

Great company, great benefits, great working environment depending on what department.

Cons

Poor management, poor training, not given the chance to succeed and grow. Very cut throat. Left a stable career for a better opportunity for my family and myself turned out to be the worst career move in my life, very unstable.

Pros

Big company with a small company feel. They know how to party during the holidays. Once they sent everyone in the company on a cruise.

Cons

The benefits at Highwinds are lacking for all departments. 2 weeks off for hourly and 3 weeks for salary. No sick pay. They should give more paid time off the longer you are with the company.

Cons

Middle management is a mess - too many chiefs, too many "big" personalities Poor communication between departments Employees hung out to dry my management High turnover rate thru attrition and dismissals, the perks aren't enough to make up for the poor working atmosphere
