      They take care of immigration Paper work

      Cons

      1. They mail you pay check instead of doing online. C'on even company with 15 employees do online pay. 2. No relocation fee 3. They never follow up with their senior employees. As long as you are working its all good. If you are out of project they don't care at all. 4. They never invest in their employees. No don't provide any training to update skill sets.

      No HR support, No professioanalism. Soon you have some doc requirement or even pay issue HR will not reply you. you have to keep sending emails or calls for Months and Months. Whole company cluture treat you like you on some dependent Visa catory that make u feel not raise voice for your rights. This company ready get sue by some one like me. They want money in $ but nto the work cluture .
