Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! It’s great to hear that the shift in our leadership and the focus on moving faster is resonating with you. We are committed to building a culture of high performance and ensuring our promotion processes are fair and objective. Our new leadership expectations are a big part of that, designed to give us a shared standard for what "great" looks like at Iterable. I also appreciate your advice on staying close to our customers; that focus is exactly what we mean when we talk about our core value of "running as one." Thanks again for being part of the team and for your honest perspective. -Jim Bartolomea, CPCO

Pros

I've been with the company for almost six years and I'm so excited about where we're headed as an organization. While the last few years have felt tumultuous with a lot of change, I'm so optimistic that our new leadership will take us to the next level. Our product is developing in ways that the GTM teams have been asking for and I know our customers appreciate where we're headed. Feeling very optimistic!

Cons

We've had our fair share of growing pains, but things seem to have stabilized. We've had some cultural shifts with the leadership changes we have had (I think many of these shifts are positive for growth), but I know it's been an adjustment for some folks.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your review! It’s always great to hear such a positive perspective from a long-tenured employee. Our team has really shown up through the challenges of the last few years, and your comment about us coming out stronger truly says it all. We’ve been very intentional about building a team that is fully aligned on what it takes to win. I also hear you loud and clear on the importance of transparency. Providing the "why" behind our decisions is something the executive team takes very seriously as we continue to scale. Happy almost 6 year Iter-versary! -Jim Bartolomea, CPCO

Pros

Remote first, but has an office in Denver I can go in to when I want to see my fellow co-workers. Great benefits. Fair compensation, with growth opportunities. Have a great direct manager, director, the whole leadership team. The best place I've ever worked.

Cons

MarTech is a crowded space, so you are selling up against several very similar products.

Thanks so much for the review! It is awesome to hear that you’re having such a positive experience and taking advantage of the Denver office (might be my favorites) to connect with your teammates. It’s also great to hear our benefits and growth opportunities are hitting the mark for you. You’re spot on about the MarTech space being crowded. That’s exactly why we’re obsessing over our product vision and how we tell our story to our customers. Thanks for being part of the team and for everything you do to help us win! -Jim Bartolomea, CPCO
