I have been working at Linium full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Incredibly sharp group of people, outstanding technical abilities, lots of camaraderie at the lower levels, working from home is great!

    Cons

Firefighter mentality, constantly underbidding projects, no teamwork in upper management, job instability regardless of performance. Sweat shop.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees. They are a highly motivated, incredibly sharp group of people. Show them they are important and give them reasons to stay. Warm bodies fill the payroll; great employees are not easily replaced. Take advantage of the outstanding people you still have on staff. Value them, and they will return the favor. Incredible companies focus on more than just money.

I have been working at Linium full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Linium was the best career move I have ever made. My experience with Gary Bernhardt in Recruiting was second to none, as was the support I have received through HR, and Management. Linium has afforded me ability to expand on my brand and experience. It is a very fluid working atmosphere, and there are lots of opportunities to grow. I also have an excellent working relationship with Management.

    Cons

Because things are very fast paced, there needs to be clearer definition on where to find certain information. Benefits could be slightly improved.

    Pros

A great company that has been steadily growing! In the four and a half years that I worked with Linium I have seen tremendous growth and opportunity. Truly talented people who manage to work hard yet keep a sense of humor. Linium embraces change and works hard to provide excellent service to its clients and employees. Strong back office support allows consultants to focus on clients. Linium folks enjoy spending time with one another outside of work as well - a sure sign of a strong corporate culture.

    Cons

With great growth comes change and Linium will not be the right fit for everyone. If you are someone who craves predictability or who merely wants to be a silent cog in a larger wheel - this may not be the place for you. If, however, you are passionate, driven, and optimistic about the future you will be happy here.

    Advice to Management

Continue to innovate. Continue your monthly company communications - people love to know what's going on and genuinely appreciate hearing from management. Continue to have fun.

    Pros

Awesome place to work I learned a lot that has really helped me to develop my career.

    Cons

I decided I wanted to spend more time at home and chose to opt out of a consulting career and cut my travel from 35% to 0% - not neccesarily a con for everyone... I loved the days of traveling but things at home resulted in me needing to make a switch.

    Advice to Management

Continue being open and listening to people, I liked the fact that I could always go to management without cutting through 80 levels of red tape to get there, having a voice is key for anyone.

I worked at Linium full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - You get paid weekly, working for this temp agency. Like most temp agencies, they have a strict attendance policy.
    - Attendance and weekly pay is ok. Since it is a Monday thru Friday schedule.

    Cons

    - You miss a certain amount of days in a short or long period of time, you are at risk to be terminated.

    Advice to Management

Be open to life situations. Everything cant be documented to account for an absence.
