Not good company for a work. There is no work and life balance.

Cons

Wrost company which did not provide any facilities and even they don't have proper office. Also all the companies are going towards on hybrid and remote from cost cutting ,this was asking people to come office all the days and they want them to sit in office for 9 hours very wrost.it was just BPO type company

Eager to hire experienced sales people. Offshore management requires onshore sales contacts and sales meetings. Enteriprise services.

Cons

Did not pay commissions as contracted. No remote first operations, and impossible to assemble a quorum. An offshore family business that does not provide equitable opportunities. Constant turnover in all areas of the business. Absent leadership. Loses more business than it receives. A zero sum game.
