They do not downsize because everyone else is doing it. The benefits are good and above other companies in the industry.

CEO really does seem to care about his people. Good work life balance.

Cons

Yearly raises are hit or miss. Not really keeping up with inflation. However, they try for some bonus every year even if that years goals were a miss. Benefits are very competitive.
