The company has a very nice culture. The people are very nice and friendly. The offices are located in the center of the city and are quite beautiful.

Cons

The business is going horribly, the company lacks systems and are generally very badly organized in their day to day processes'. The pay is bad vs. The market in Romania. Overall the business has gone thru a lot of transitions and people are very demotivated.
