Snacks and drinks in the kitchen. Catered lunch some Fridays. Decent coworkers

Cons

Management has gone down hill. The company as a whole as gone from team oriented, to stabbing each other in the back to keep HR eyes of you and on someone else.

Sense of team, good atmosphere, great benefits, opportunity to work with interesting customers and staff. Interesting product, when it works.

Cons

Almost half of the staff resigned or was fired in the last 2 years. Continuous problems with service stability. Upset customers. Major disagreements between management.

Pros

This is an incredible team of people to work with. Everyone is really smart, cool to hang out with. Free lunch on Fridays. Full health benefits and 401K. Good pay.

Cons

New upper management (one person in particular) making too many changes for no reason. Lots of lies, lip service and back stabbing. Constantly changing priorities. Most of the IT department has left in the past year. Read the employee handbook and intellectual property agreement before signing them. Read them before giving notice at your current job. Used to be able to work at home. Used to promote from within. Used to bring dogs to the office. Used to be a fun place to work.
