    Pros

    Solid organization with great people. Great clinical care, outcomes and cost. Broad opportunities for advancement with lots of advancement and internal promotion.

    Cons

    Very conservative with little risk taking. Slow decision making, with lots of meetings to attend. Inwardly focused with low threshold for risk taking

    Advice to Management

    Make decisions faster. Make evaluation process more meaningful and less favoritism. Get closer to the front line team members for better input.

    Pros

    For the most part the facility is continually growing. Good stable and secure opportunity but not a "dream" job.

    Cons

    Not a lot of room for growth. Management pick and choose who get promotions not necessarily who deserve the promotions.

    With such huge strides, many employees are concerned over inevitable changes. Transparency is absolutely critical.

    Great benefits, Very good compensation.

    Cons

    Shifts are all over the clock. Getting time off is a problem. Department is always short handed.
