Growing company that treats its employees like family. Fun culture that values hard work and candid feedback. During your interview, make sure to ask a lot of questions to make sure it's the right culture fit.

    Cons

It takes a long time to understand the ins and outs of the industry.

    Pros

Your career is in your own hands. It's about what you choose to do with it.

    Cons

There isn't a defined career path. Hard to see what your future is.

    Advice to Management

Everything that management is doing makes sense. I think that most people look for the "perfect" place to work and there is no such thing. It's impossible to please everyone all the time, so continue to do what you are doing.

I worked at Populus Group (More than a year)

    Pros

There was an extensive training program which helped all new employees. There was also a lot of support on the team when we got backed up. They have great benefits and management is not micromanaging, which I found to be more suitable.

    Cons

They had a very collaborative team. This could be good but bad too. It got in the way of my self development and they had way too many meetings. It got in the way of completing my own tasks. They also enabled an unhealthy relationship between our CSC's and our client. We took a lot of verbal abuse when we weren't even profiting much from the client.
